QuickBooks is a famous accounting software which is used for account tracking, managing inventory filling, payroll, tax filing, invoicing, expense management, bank account tracking and reconciliation, budgeting, payment processing, and accounts receivable and accounts payable management and many other purposes related to such software’s . 

You can add different types of Plug-in to QuickBooks which would be in any purpose of use like Checking, Saving, Credit, Brokerage, Rental, Business and much more reasons. In order to add an account in QuickBooks, you need to follow these simple steps; otherwise, you will be in great trouble. 

 

1: First of all you may go to account and make a look at the left-hand bottom you will get QuickBooks register option. 

 

2: Then click on Add Accounts. 

 

3: Then choose the account type from the dropdown menu list like Saving, Credit , Checking and etc. 

 

4: Then select your bank name option from the list or type it manually as per your choice. 

 

5: Put your banking details like online user id and password etc. 

 

Note: You can also add your accounts in Offline mode for the manual entry also. Sometimes due to many reason account updating will take a lot of time so please don’t need to worry and stay with full patience for this situation and please don’t blame QuickBooks Technical Support or any QuickBooks Support team for this situation 

 

6: Then hit on connect and download button for the transaction from your selected bank directly. 

 

7: Once done, you can repeat the same steps in order to add the accounts like investment and other. 

After finishing this you can see the added account on the left-hand side of your QuickBooks business software suite.  

 

From the list, you can manage your accounts. And can do the following things like- 

 

1: Edit or delete the existing account or unused accounts. 

2: Hide the account from the account list. 

3: Remove the account from the account list. 

4: Close the account from your QuickBooks account manager.
